Kate or Yasmina

I’ve been watching this years Apprentice with Sir Alan Sugar and I must say, it’s sucked me in! It’s like like, I’m addicted to it and now I cannot wait till Sunday for the final. Who will win, Kate or Yasmina? Well being a expert in HR for almost all my life I think I know who will win. Yamina is definitely an entrepreneurial girl with lot’s of passion and on the other hand Kate is a very sharp organized women with all the skills. Kate has lot’s of self control which makes her come across as a robot, but I believe self control is a very good thing, but you just need to know how to relax yourself too. Yasmina obviously is a risk taker and one that thinks things through. Taking all that on board if I were Sir Alan, I would choose Kate, because she could fit any business model to be honest and she’s good looking too! Is it me or was their another blond apprentice winner as well?

End of the day it all depends on what position/role Sir Alan Sugar has ready for the finalist and whether they will be suited the best or will Sir Alan live in regret. I watching BBC News this morning when I saw Sir Alan being interviewed from his Essex home. The producers obviously told Susanna to question Sir Alan on why he was at 10 Downing St yesterday through the back door. They got some funny answers from Sir Alan like “Being from the electronic background, I was called to fix Brown’s satellite dish for Sunday’s final”. Good come back! But then I thought they would let the situation go, but then Susanna start asking him again whether he was taking a government job. It started getting all a bit uncomfortable and Sir Alan clearly had enough and said “Look Susannah, I thought I was supposed to be questioned about the Apprentice”. Charlie the “stand up guy” stepped in and said he got the hint. Obviously the producers stepped in and told them to stop questioning Sir Alan about 10 downing st. ~

Anyway back to the Apprentice and not politics! We look forward to Sunday to see who will win this years 2009 Apprentice.
