With the current climate and the new figures revealed of over 2 million job losses, vacancies in London are looking grim. Don’t let that put you off though because some industries are still recruiting. Don’t worry about not finding a job within your sector because all job roles fit into every industry, you just have to adapt a bit more to the sector. Take supermarkets for instance, Tesco, Sainsburys and ASDA are all expanding and recruiting. But it’s the professional office side sectors that are really suffering.

My point is that with the demand of skilled employees you can find a new career with a supermarket. If you’re a Financial Controller or a IT Security Specialists, try finding a job in Tesco with your trade. The benefits are good and overall there is job security. To be frank those who are productive when working are the ones who find jobs again. Get into the right mentality of thinking positive. If you are still strugling there is always a factor why, it’s not because there aren’t any jobs, its because your lacking for a reason. Maybe it’s your CV or maybe it’s your skills that need improving. Us humans are learners so we should never stop learning new things. So go out there and learn something new and keep on trying hard applying for job vacancies.
