Finding a Job at BBC

The British Broadcasting Corporation, more commonly referred to as BBC has many job roles available. The BBC has many roles and it’s a huge corporation which has many sections. From online news to the 24 hour BBC news channel. The BBC is widely famous for it’s professional news broadcast and thus it only employs professional staff. It helps if you have past experience with working with the BBC, but that’s not always necessary. Many of the shows require reporters, journalists and lots of background screen operators. From production assistants to researchers, the BBC has lots of job roles.

Applying for a Job at BBC

You don’t neeed to be a super creative individual to land a job at BBC. You just need to follow their 6 values. Which are:

If you could add some related experience with a few of these values I’m sure you would stand a better chance on finding job with BBC. Don’t copy and paste the values word to word or include one of them in a sentence. Instead you need put the values into your own words and relate that with past experience you may have. I know 2 people who work for the BBC and they tell me it’s a fast moving business. And yes, they take the 6 values very seriously and they apply it into everything they do. The BBC is tightly regulate, this doesn’t mean there’s no fun, there’s plenty of excitement and lots of high profile people who you can connect with.
