Apprentice TV Show

The Apprentice show is quite fun to watch. Having a boss like Sir Alan Sugar can be daunting, so small yet so scary! With the current climate I would be surprised to see whether he does take anyone on at the end. However with a fortune of over £700 million I’m sure he can hire a few apprentices. The Apprentice is quite a good show and I certainly liked the comic relief version, that Jack Dee is a cracker! I would quite like to witness the whole boardroom feeling with the lights down and purified water stations, round tables, not too sure if I would like to bump into Sir Alan though!

If you don’t know what the Apprentice Show is about then I really don’t know why your still reading this. ha! On a serious note, the apprentice is about 15 people (professional individuals) who are given business objectives over a 12 week period. Every now and then they are all sent in to the “boardroom” and to discuss the business tasks they were given with Sir Alan. Eventually Sir Alan then says the big catchphrase “Your Fired” to one member.

The Apprentice is not only about who makes the best out a business, it’s all about different skills and qualities within an individual. E.g. are they a team player, leader, entrepreneur, self motivated etc. I personally think Alan Sugar looks for seriousness in someone. He looks for that sharp individual who has answers to questions without hesitation, someone who has huge confidence yet still is focused and determined. If you think you are all I mention then why not apply for the next Apprentice show!
